2.2 Payment Confirmation
Upon successful transaction via Razorpay, you will receive a payment confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at contact@hennisgarage.com

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, depending on the product or service. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and levies imposed by any governmental authority.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 General Cancellations
Orders or bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless explicitly allowed under a specific product/service clause. For custom orders or events, cancellations are strictly not permitted.
4.2 Hennis Garage Rights
Hennis Garage reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:
Technical issues
Pricing errors
Unavailability of stock or services
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed (if applicable).
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refunds
All payments made through Razorpay are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing by Hennis Garage. This includes, but is not limited to:
Service fees
Booking amounts
Event registrations
Consultation charges
5.2 Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Hennis Garage. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hennis Garage shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

Transactional issues caused by Razorpay or related third-party gateways
Delays, data breaches, failed payments, or payment fraud
Loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data
All transactions are processed securely by Razorpay, and Hennis Garage does not store your payment information.

Razorpay is a third-party service. Hennis Garage is not responsible for:
Errors, delays, or failures on Razorpay’s part
Data breaches or transaction issues within Razorpay’s systems
Changes in Razorpay’s terms of service or transaction fees

9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or concerns related to payments or transactions must first be addressed by contacting contact@hennisgarage.com If a resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Indemnity Form & Waiver
By participating in any training, racing, or performance-related activity offered by Hennis Garage, you agree to the following:
13.1 Assumption of Risk
You understand that racing is physically demanding and involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, collision, equipment failure, road hazards, weather conditions, and accidents involving other participants or third parties. You voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.
13.2 Medical Fitness
You confirm that I am physically fit to participate in the training and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to do so safely. You agree to consult a physician if unsure of your health status before participation.
13.3 Release of Liability
You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hennis Garage, its employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in this program, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
13.4 Use of Data
You understand that the training will involve the use of performance and biometric data (e.g., heart rate, cadence, speed, etc.) and you consent to the collection, analysis, and storage of this data solely for the purpose of enhancing your performance and safety.
13.5 Insurance
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain adequate personal health and accident insurance coverage. You understand that Hennis Garage does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

You consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during training for promotional or educational purposes by Hennis Garage.
